Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts.

• Bank postings & reconciliations.

• Monitoring the Sales & Purchase Ledger.

• Assist with month end preparation & reconciliations.

• Accruals and prepayments.

• Reconciling the fixed asset register.

• Preparing ad hoc monthly reports.

Position requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant.

• Previous billings experience within the marketing/media industry is essential.

• Experience using Paprika is desirable.

• Be a hugely motivated individual able to work as part of a team and individually.

• Sociable personality with high work ethic.
