As our next Communications Consultant (Colleague and Customer) you'll define and deliver robust colleague engagement and communications plans to support Divisional priorities, ensuring all key developments are successfully communicated to colleagues and all colleagues within I.T and Transformation are fully engaged and aligned to Divisional priorities. You'll join a likeminded team in our Bradford based IT & Transformation Shared Services function.

What You'll Do
- Responsible for developing and executing colleague communication and engagement plans, in order to achieve our target engagement scores.
- Working alongside a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver audience specific communications embedding key Group messages and building awareness and engagement at both divisional and local level.
- Implementing appropriate measurement techniques ensuring that we are maximising the impact of internal communication and engagement activities.
- Building and maintaining great relationships with people and teams across all areas of the business.

Skills Required
- Experience of working within a communications role, with in-depth knowledge and experience of utilising a range of communication delivery methods (face-to-face, video design, editing and production, editorial and publications)
- Ability to offer sound advice and best practice across a range of delivery methods
- Experience of communication planning and implementation
- Effective communication, engagement and influencing skills, and the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders, at all levels
- A strategic thinker who proactively identifies opportunities to drive cultural change
