Simple Recruitment Services Ltd. are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join their Reading, Berkshire Branch.

Currently the Reading Branch hosts sound Hospitality and Catering and Social Healthcare departments learning more towards the temporary side of the market.

All desks are well established with a robust Candidate and Client base. There is, however, room for growth and development within these markets. With the support and guidance of a BM in place the opportunity to grow current business and aide movement into other verticals.

With an healthy and achievable uncapped commissions structure the possibility to develop the Branch further in these exsiting markets as well as explore other verticals offers further options.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with all the benefits associated in such roles to include a competitive basic salary plus an uncapped Monthly and Biannual bonus structure along with opportunities to develop existing skills and qualities with a little help to find some new ones.

This position would well suit a Senior Consultant looking to take the next step in their career or an established Recruitment Branch Manager with a view to manage and grow an already successful business in line with their own vision.

Office hours are between 8:30am and 5pm Monday through to Friday but flexibility would be required to meet the expectations of our internal and external customers needs. Due to the nature of the business there is an On Call service offered to be shared as a department.

Duties of the role include but are not exclusive to -

Sourcing and managing Clients

Overseeing development via Candidate and Client acquisition

Ensuring 100% compliance and best practice

This role would ideally suit a Candidate from an existing recruitment background with proven experience in recruiting and managing staff in industry.

Good communication skills are essential to effectively manage Candidates and Clients alike coupled with a sound upstanding of the local market place.

Access to own transport would be beneficial but not essential.
