We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our reputable Client in the Erdington area of Birmingham on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to assist with all day to day admin duties within the Finance Department.

Finance Administrator Duties:

* Some front of house duties including greeting customers and answering the phone

* Data entry of invoices on to the systems ensuing high attention to detail and accuracy

* Ordering stationary for the team

* Update mailing lists

* Assisting with sales and purchase ledger duties

* Preparing monthly stock sheets

* Analysing data and preparing reports

* Helping the Finance Manager to compile month end and year end documentation

* Helping with finance project work

Finance Administrator Requirements:

* Previous office administration experience essential (based within a finance team would be highly advantageous)

* Strong customer facing skills

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

* Knowledge of MS office packages
