Strategic Account Manager - Software House - Reading - £50k + 100% OTE

Avanti Recruitment is working with a successful software house in the Reading area to recruit a Strategic Account Manager to grow new and existing accounts for their software products. You will be responsible for developing business relationships and managing complex clients, owning a revenue stream, generating leads and upselling software solutions to clients. You will be qualifying new leads and creating new revenue generating opportunities. You will be working on multi-channel digital communication solutions which improve customer engagement. You will be working towards annual revenue generation targets and identifying new profitable business opportunities by implementing a plan for a continuous pipeline of new leads and developing existing accounts. You will be cross-selling, networking, forming strategic partnerships, researching market opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships to develop new opportunities and ultimately ensuring a high conversion rate into new business.

To be considered you will have worked in a Strategic Account Management role previously or consultative solution selling experience in the software, fintech or mobile communications sector. You will require good presentation skills and the ability to establish and grow strong client relationships at c-level. Ideally you will be experience in attending and networking at events and exhibitions in the software or mobile technology sector with a good understanding of technology or mobile marketing techniques.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + 100% OTE + benefits
