Technical Support Analyst - Software, CRM - Excellent Training!

Leicester - £18,000 - £20,000 + Benefits + £6,000 Shift Allowance (2.30pm - 11pm)

Technical Support Analyst ideally with experience in an I.T or Telecommunications environment and sought by a leading technology provider for integrated business communications solutions. Their "customer first" approach starts with their support function - offering new customers a fantastic on boarding process and great ongoing support.

As a Technical Support Analyst you will be part of their US Support team and the first point of contact for all incoming customer queries which you will tackle in a professional manner, resolving issues where you can and escalating when necessary. On a day-to-day basis you will be supported by great 2nd Line Support team and Network Delivery team.

The successful Technical Support Analyst should have the following:
  • Experience within an I.T / Telecoms Support or Customer Services environment
  • Ability to learn quickly - excellent training provided
  • Committed work ethic and enthusiasm for providing the best customer service
  • Ability to adapt approach dependent on each call - no scripts here and each customer is dealt with as an individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills

It would be great if you had exposure to (don't worry though - all training provided!):
  • Operating Systems - Windows 7, 8, 10 and MacOS
  • SIP and TCP/IP
  • Automated / Predictive dialling solutions
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Computer Networking Equipment - Switches / Routers / Wireless Access Points
