Service Manager - Weston-Super-Mare - Up to £50,000 + Benefits

A market leading organisation are looking for a skilled Service Manager to join their diverse and expanding customer team located in Weston-Super-Mare.

The Role

This is a client facing position, where you'll be responsible for the management of various technology service contracts, ensuring all requirements are met and service levels are exceeded, whilst promoting innovation and growth of the service. This Service Manager will be the first point of call for the client and you will work closely with the Help Desk and Product Team to ensure the availability of the service and its smooth running.

About You

The suitable candidate will have excellent customer service, client facing skills and will have previous experience in a service delivery role. You will have great people skills and will thrive in a collaborative team environment, showing the ability to work to your own initiative and reach goals successfully. Any ITIL experience is highly beneficial, but not mandatory.
