Our exclusive client is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Team leader to join their growing team.This business has gone through a massive period of growth and require someone who is experienced in Purchase Ledger to run the team. Management experience isn't essential, if you have mentored or covered for a manager, you will also be considered for this role.

Duties include:
  • Overseeing the running of the purchase ledger team
  • Ensuring payments are completed on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Daily bank reconciliations for 5 separate companies
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with complex purchase ledger issues
  • Managing a team of up to 8 people
  • One to ones and staff development
  • Support and guidance to all team members
  • Allocating workload
  • Looking at current processes and implementing any changes necessary to ensure the department is running as effectively as it can

This is a brand new role due to expansion.The successful candidate will have lots of Purchase Ledger experience and will have a real interest in developing within that area.You will need to be a strong Excel user due to the reporting needed within this role.

In return you will receive 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension and healthcare.There is on site parking and options of start and finish times (37.5 hour week)
