Case Manager

A progressive opportunity has arisen to join a growing specialist lender in there Manchester office. The successful candidate will be responsible for case management to support business development.

Primary job responsibilities include the collection and management of financial data as well as financial statement analysis and modelling.

Duties Include:
  • To prepare investment memorandums for investors
  • To prepare client statements for investors and borrowers
  • To prepare internal credit reports by reviewing valuation reports, Companies House website, HM Land Registry website and running third party credit reports.
  • To create presentations in Powerpoint and maintain reports in Excel
  • Maintaining the accounting spreadsheet or system (Xero) with transactions from bank accounts
  • To update contacts in the CRM database
  • Organise and attend networking events or seminars
  • Liaising with borrowers, solicitors, valuers, quantity surveyors, brokers and local councils to effectively manage the lending process.
  • Ability to source market research relating to property construction, property finance and specific geographies within the UK. Identifying trends and interpreting market news to determine risk of loans.
  • Monitoring websites for industry news and statistics
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Carry out ad hoc duties/provide assistance as and when required, for any member of staff.

Experience:
  • Intermediate/advanced level of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Evidence and commitment to professional development
