EllisKnight are working in partnership with a successful and well-regarded company within the aviation industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a motivated and stable team as an Offers Manager, working hand-in-hand with the front office team to ensure timely delivery of offers and maximum customer satisfaction. With offices based around the globe, this position will be location at Oxford Airport and offer free onsite parking and a range of company benefits.

The purpose of this position includes the following:
  • To lead offers generation
  • To lead financial review meetings for offers with the client's board members
  • Accountability for the achievement of defined business objectives
  • To ensure customer satisfaction & participation to any Lost Deals analysis reviews

The duties will include:
  • Managing and coordinating the offer process by involving the required people to pass defined quality gates.
  • Building and delivering the commercial offer data package collection (technical and costing data) on time and on quality
  • Work in collaboration with designers to define systems architecture
  • Attend any meetings with customer as requested by the Sales Manager & Requirements Capture / Delivery Managerand subsequently produce any amendments to the proposal.
  • Meet with sub-contractors to gain understanding of new equipment that could be fitted by the client
  • Attendance at exhibitions, air shows, corporate events and conferences as required
  • Maintain a database of all customer proposals, progress, and sales.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's capabilities and where possible those of our competitors.
  • Update the client's product catalogue and liaise with Group on product policy.

For this position we are seeking the following skills/attributes:
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in direct customer contact
  • Good technical knowledge within the aviation sector
  • Sound commercial knowledge
  • Civil sales knowledge in aviation
  • Good aircraft technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Methodical and accurate approach
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Committed
