Amazing opportunity for an experienced ASM / Area Sales Manager to join this Luxury Fine Art Publisher & Retailer.

This is a Southern region, covering the territory which is from Cornwall across the whole of the South coast through to Kent including the M4 Corridor.

As the ASM / Area Sales Manager you should be used to driving sales through motivation, development and support - this is a commercial role where meeting challenging but achievable targets are required & you should have natural drive to over-achieve.

You will be a key lynchpin between the company & clients ensuring that the clients (Art Galleries) are successful in order to build your own success.


Responsible for ensuring that the Territory achieves target whilst also taking responsibility to ensure that the Dedicated Galleries are successful each month.

Ensure regular communication between all of your teams to deliver initiatives and drive sales.

Work closely with your internal team member to achieve the successful management of the territory.


·Devise and implement specific marketing and promotional activities.

·Motive and inspire multi location sales teams.

·Be an ambassador for the brand.

·You will be required to work alongside the sales teams within the Galleries, visiting each Gallery in the area regularly. You will also be expected to demonstrate a high level of sales competence and be involved in delivering sales while in the Gallery.

·Ensure the teams are delivering inspirational and creative sales to clients and be part of our on-going training program.

·Build effective long term relationships with relevant personnel.

·Deal with any escalated customer service issues.

·Extensive and frequent travel within the UK including regular overnight stays.


·You will be a self-motivated individual who has experience in working closely with clients and be capable of building on current success and delivering new initiatives.

·You can demonstrate a successful track record in sales.

·You must have an enthusiastic interest in art (you don't need to be an expert!) and a desire to learn about the portfolio of artists.

·You'll be a hardworking individual with a can do attitude and a positive personality, you need to be outgoing and able to obtain the very best from the teams you work with.

·You will have fantastic communication and relationship building skills.

·You will have a motivational and inspirational management style.

·You will have excellent people management skills.

·You will be flexible to travel around your area, on a weekly basis, as and when required to support the teams and attend events (including some evenings and weekends), the ASM role expects regular travel and to Head Office in Staffs.

·Full Valid UK Licence

The advertised salary is an OTE - this includes a basic of £35-40K plus bonus so c.£50K overall.
