Excellent training is provided in-house and the business also supports professional qualification taking in the workplace (e.g. CISI)

The Financial Services Administrator opportunity is within the Operations department that looks after administration behind various investment related functions.

Daily duties will include:

- Administering various investment products

- Dealing with the registration of new funds

- Fund transfers

- Post application stage

- Liaising with corporate institutes

- Resolving any transfer issues either with management

- Updating various spreadsheets on Excel as well as updating the back office system

- Bank reconciliations

- Trade support

- Payments

- Dividend processing
