Fantastic opportunity with my client, replacing someone who is retiring after 20 years with this outstanding design and marketing company based in Wakefield.

The role will be perfect for an experienced Senior Administrator who has a wealth of experience running the day to day functions of the business.

Working alongside the Marketing team you will report directly to the Directors of the Company.

You will have the following duties:

• Supporting the Directors with general PA duties

• To tax and insure all company vehicles

• Processing all employee holidays and pay run (sage required)

• Arranging company events including Christmas parties

• Ordering Stationary and dealing with Petty Cash

• Maintaining the accounts database.

• Processing changes on the database which include personal data, figures and account details.

• Organising incoming and outgoing emails/post/telephone calls

• Liaising with the external accountants and manage any queries.

• Booking meeting spaces for clients.

• Scanning and updating invoices

• And any other additional duties that may be required
