Coyles are currently looking for Helpdesk Administrator on behalf of a well-respected Building Services Company based in Exeter, Devon.

Working hours are - Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00

Duties will include:

Responding to all client calls and queries

Allocating jobs to engineering teams, ensuring that they carry out the tasks as requested

Updating clients on existing jobs

Updating in house helpdesk system

Maintain working knowledge and understanding of clients contractual requirements.

Carry out duties requested by management in relation to the smooth running of the helpdesk.
