Awaze UK is the UK's leading self-catering accommodation provider bringing together many of the UK's best-known holiday brands including cottages. com, Salcombe and Dartmouth Holiday Homes, Hoseasons, Mulberry Cottages, Blue Chip Holidays, Landal UK, and others.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an SEO Manager to join our team in the beautiful country-side town of Earby, equidistant from Leeds and Manchester, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Your role will include:-

* Responsibility for the ongoing SEO strategy based on a long term strategy to increase overall share of business via organic channel whilst remaining flexible to react to evolving trends within the market, and compete against competitors

* Leading overall reporting of the channel vs its forecast growth; regularly benchmarking rankings and visibility vs key competitors whilst providing actionable insights to drive competitive edge in our areas of expertise

* Responsible for overseeing the content strategy to support this growth - to include optimisation of onsite content, delivery of new content and outreach and link building

* Leading keyword analysis and strategy to identify area of opportunity within search to drive growth in top 1, 3, and 10 rankings for core terms whilst balancing vs longer tail opportunities

* Monitoring sites on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and ensure that the SEO channel is achieving its traffic and bookings targets, producing ad-hoc and scheduled reports.

* Monitor, identify, and analyse competitor techniques, and benchmark Brand's performance against the industry.

* Working alongside the Head of Ecommerce, and SEO agency, to maximise the our web platform (purpose built in house platform combined with a headless CMS) identify areas of growth to grow our organic share of traffic for growing brands, and support in the migration of smaller brands within cottages. com whilst protecting overall SEO value.

* Build relationships with key internal teams across marketing, external agency and wider ecommerce business, particularly in content production and product and content teams to help maximise the value of our onsite content

* Monitor consumer search trends and identify new opportunities for optimisation.

* Work with content and production teams to ... support the content team in the planning, development and execution of engaging, audience focused and keyword relevant content.

* Conduct regular analysis and identify patterns of how our target audience are searching within Google & make sure we have the right content to match intent

* Monitoring sites on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and ensure that the SEO channel is achieving its traffic and bookings targets
