Purchasing Administrator

This exciting part-time Purchasing Administrator role is with a growing company based near Northampton. The primary function of the role is to support the procurement process and team by effectively liaising with colleagues within and outside of the purchasing department, and ensuring all relevant paperwork is processed efficiently and accurately. This is a company who love to promote from within so this could be the start of a great career within a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

* Administering stock orders

* Expediting purchase orders

* Supporting the purchasing manager in managing supplier performance

* Liaising with finance to resolve invoice queries

* Liaising with operations to ensure orders are fulfilled

Experience / Person

* GCSE English and Maths at A*-C

* Purchasing environment experience

* Experience of Microsoft Office tools

* Able to pick up computer systems including ERP

* Proactive approach to problem solving

* Excellent team working and communication skills

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 + Bonus, Company benefits PRO RATA

Hours: 10:00 - 14:00 Mon-Fri (flexible)
