Account Administrator (E-Commerce) - Totton SO40 - £21,000-£22,000 DOE

As an Account Administrator (E-Commerce), you will co-ordinate, analyse and report on European Amazon Customer Returns, as well drive procedures on rejecting incorrect Amazon charge back claims.

Duties for the Account Administrator (E-Commerce):

• Deal with discrepancies between returns sent by Amazon and credits they are claiming

• Look at trend analysis and analysing data

• Manual tasks of checking information entered on the system

• Create processes to meet the new business needs with the Amazon returns project

• Organise, pursue and raise claims held against Amazon through to completion via Vendor Portal

• Ensure Amazon sales figures are accurately reflected in financial accounts and sales reporting

• Monitor the returns project to keep with agreed KPIs

• Reconciliation and analysis of chargebacks declared by Amazon against internal returns data

Candidate Competencies:

• Proficient with Data analysis and reporting

• Great attention to detail

• Keen problem solver

• Good excel and data analyst skills

• Ideally has worked with online retailers in the past

• Database experience (Oracle preferably)
