My client has been involved with the supply, servicing and management of Industrial Tooling for over 30 years. Working with a range of blue-chip manufactures to make their organisations not just more productive, but safer for their employees.

Job Description:

Our existing customer are playing an increasingly important role in the delivery of our strategy. The Marketing Executive will be managing all marketing activities within existing customers as well as increasing the brands proposition to new potential customers in specific market sectors.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Develop the Marketing Plan for the business. This marketing plan will be aligned with the overall business strategy and any agreements with relevant strategic partners. They should also be aligned to sales initiatives and product/services launches.

Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results to senior executives.

* Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts

* Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services

* Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

* Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects

* Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service

* Leads and manages marketing agencies by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects

* Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts

* Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy

* Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services

* Organises and attends company-wide and marketing events

* Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars

* Design, Implement and execute a Loyalty Campaign
