Working inside of IR35 for a well-established NHS organisation, you will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users in a Service Desk environment via telephone, email and remote sessions. You will provide incident resolution where possible and escalate more complex IT issues up to the 3rd line team.

Key responsibilities:
* Record all incidents and service requests
* Use initiative to resolve incidents in line with department policies and procedures.
* Monitor and track all incidents, assigning to the correct priority

For this role you need to have previous remote IT Support experience within a Microsoft environment with technical skills of Active Directory (AD) and MS Windows. Any ITIL experience will be highly beneficial.

This position is to start ASAP and will pay £12.50 PAYE or £16.50 umbrella/deemed ltd per hour.
