We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Team Leader.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Main purpose of this job:
To organise tasks/workload for the Accounts Team and personally provide accounts support for the Accounts department and the Accounts Manager.
Experience Needed:
  • Supervisory experience within an accounts department environment

  • Pharmaceutical knowledge
  • Experience of training staff
Job Description:
  • Supervising a team of 4 accounts staff
  • Credit control
  • Inter-company reconciliation
  • Cash flow reports
  • Excel reporting including pivot tables
  • Provide critical feedback to the Accounts Manager - for individual, team performance and development in key result areas
  • Improve general working practices within the team
  • Carry out Account Clerks tasks when necessary
  • Assist Accounts Manager with the monthly Management Accounts
  • Other duties which may be reasonably required from time to time by company managers, including delegated duties during the absence of colleagues
