Managing the Contingent Labour category spend on a global basis, leveraging the company wide £80billion spend
Revisiting the recruitment processes in place and whether they are fit for purpose
Essential in delivering, a project of extremely strategic nature and will have a wide impact across the business
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to a senior level across the business. Such relationships are essential given the nature of the project
Involving stakeholders and engaging them in the process - revamping these across the business
Analysing different approaches to recruitment with the impact of IR35 regulations in mind
Review PSL tendersProfile

A strong Procurement professional with experience across a variety of Indirect categories, however, has expertise across the contingent labour category
An understanding of recruitment and its processes, as well as a genuine interest e.g. equal pay laws, IR35, GDPR implications etc.
Can efficiently navigate a complex, large global organisation and communicate effectively
Excellent stakeholder management - able to protect and understand stakeholder interests
Diverse experience, not only across contract negotiation or P2P and purchase orders. Someone with a broad range of procurement experience who can understand the impact of different approaches to recruitment and the effects on the business
MCIPS/Degree (or equivalent qualification)
