6 month contract opportunity working for a world renowned organisation who continuously strive to enhance the lives of their patients.


- Providing core administrative support to direct reports of VP EMEA Legal
- Preparation of meetings and agendas

- Attending and preparing Minutes of meetings

- Tracking agenda items for progress and resolution
- Developing strong working relationship with and liaising directly with relevant Finance, HR and Legal Operations business partners to EMEA Legal.
- Working closely with EMEA Legal's Finance Business Partner concerning all Departmental budget matters
- Onboarding all law firms engaged by EMEA Legal HQ

- TeamConnect allocating matters to law firms arranging payment of law firms Liaising with EMEA lawyers to track projects giving rise to material non-routine external counsel spend and communicating detail and financial projections to EMEA Legal Finance contact.
- Working closely with EMEA Legal's HR Business Partner on all headcount and recruitment matters
- Preparing, updating and maintaining departmental org charts and slide decks outlining roles and responsibilities of the various functions within the EMEA Legal Department
- Interfacing internally with other functions and departments to the extent required to deliver strong administrative support to EMEA Legal
- Contributing to the design/revision of departmental processes to enhance efficiency Acting as the 'expert' on internal administrative policies and procedures.
- Performing key basic tasks for LLT in support of their substantive legal counselling roles such as word processing, creating Power Point presentations, managing calendars, setting up calls/meetings, booking meeting rooms
- Making travel arrangements (e.g. flights, taxis, transfers, hotels) for LLT collating and submitting claims for travel and other expenses for LLT
- Planning key departmental/functional events in collaboration with an event planner

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

- Excellent skills in Windows, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proactive self-starter Ability to work independently Healthy work ethic and can-do attitude
- Highly organised and structured approach
- Ability to prioritise work and manage a variety of activities simultaneously in an efficient manner Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required Ability to coordinate and interface with a number of internal and external parties.
