We are currently working with a respected local company to recruit for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Ilminster.

This is a full time role working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with free car parking at the offices.

This role is working in a small close knit team of 5 where team work is essential and hard work and loyalty is highly appreciated and rewarded. You will become a pivotal part of the customer service team working in a fun and motivating environment.

Duties will include:
  • Answering enquiries over the telephone and via email
  • Dealing with client enquiries & sending out information packs if required
  • Checking stock and placing orders for customers
  • Making sure that customer records are accurate & up to date
  • Other related administration duties

Office experience is not essential for this role but the successful candidate must have a strong proven customer service background . This can come from working within hospitality, retail or an office based role, you must also have an approachable personality. Confidence to work under your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team is essential.
