Vodafone Retail Adviser

Cambridge - 20hrs per week (can fit around school hours if necessary)

£9,880 per year (plus an uncapped bonus #BeUnlimited)

About the Store...

Our Cambridge Store is one of our Elite stores. We are a very busy store with a high footfall, meaning plenty of opportunity to engage with our customers and make those sales. We are a friendly bunch, we like to have fun at work and are always happy to go the extra mile to help each other out.

As a team we are competitive and highly successful, in fact, all members of the team have won awards in the last 12 months for 'Adviser of the Month' within the region. We strive to be the best and have enjoyed consistently being within the top 3 performing stores in the region for some time now.

What will I be doing?

We are looking for a driven and sales oriented Retail Adviser to join our team in our Vodafone Cambridge store.

You will be interacting directly with the customers, striking up friendly conversations with the aim of identifying any requirements that we can help with. You will need to be confident enough to approach every customer that comes in, friendly enough to have an engaging conversation with the customers and savvy enough to recognise any needs that the customer may have that we can offer a solution for.

You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then, always going the extra mile to provide the best possible customer experience.

Who are we looking for?

All members of our team enjoy coming to work in the morning andwe want you to as well. We are looking for someone that wants to work hard, play hard and earn good money whilst doing so.

We don't need you to have sales experience but we are looking for confidence, friendliness and above all, determination to succeed.
