Contract Type
Full Time
Tired of robotic repetition? Feel like a cog in a machine? Looking for more than just being eyes down and desk bound? This is your chance to drive Cooper Parry's digital revolution.

Every progressive business relies on a strong support function, and this is where you come in:
  • Interested in gaining the latest Microsoft accreditations and qualifications?
  • Motivated by fast-paced work and a variety of projects?
  • Confident communicating with team members at all levels and stakeholders across the business?
  • Want to join a progressive business packed with positivity, perks and potential?

We're looking for an Infrastructure and Projects Engineer who's keen to muck in, offer ideas, challenge approaches, take ownership, and put a stamp on things.

Joining a busy internal IT team, your role will be 80% project work and 20% ad-hoc ticket escalations and system admin duties.

You'll never be twiddling your thumbs, kicking off with security and compliance and classic infrastructure projects, with hands-on Microsoft work and newer technology once you've settled in.

You're Right for Us If...
  • You've progressed through helpdesk support - from first line through to third-line experience
  • You're involved in hands-on projects finding the best solutions and upgrades
  • Your technical knowledge spans Microsoft Office 365/Azure, Server 2012-2016, Windows 10, and supporting Microsoft technology and protocols
  • You have a general understanding of how a network is set up, inclusive of software, hardware, firewalls - and know how back-up solutions work

We're Right for You If...
  • You'd like to join a Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For 2019 high-flyer; 13th to be exact!
  • You want to join a fast-growing firm with ambitions plans for innovation - a business that genuinely invests for the long run, rather than battling budget approval for new technology
  • You fancy unlimited holidays, a 7pm-to-7am email curfew, on-site gym classes, and flexible working
  • You'd thrive in a lively, feel-good place to work, featuring nap pods, arcades, ping pong tables, chillout rooms, coffee on tap, cycling trips with your mates, and bucket-list inspiration
