Do you currently working in an internal sales or account management position and feel the time is right for a change? Do you live around the Hatfield area? Would you like the opportunity to work for a world renowned engineering company? Would you like the opportunity to work in a role with a £22-24k salary PLUS £12-16k AVERAGE OTE?

This is an opportunity to join our clients market leading air source heat pumps division. They are a globally recognised brand operating across a range of markets, they have a multi billion £ turnover.
Due to having 30% growth over the last year, the need has arose to add to their successful team in an internal sales / account management position looking after a specific region (TBC).

Essential Requirements

Internal (tele) sales experience or account management experience essential
Proven track record of sales success
Located within commutable distance of Hatfield
Self-motivated, driven, methodical, personable, optimistic and resourceful, team player.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.
Ability to use own initiative.Package and Benefits

£22-24k starting salary
£12-15k Average OTE on top of salary

Excellent progression opportunities - the division is forecast to grow by 30% again this yearThe Role's Duties:

Achieve & exceed sales targets set.
Have regular contact with customers via the telephone.
Responsibility for up to 200 active accounts from day one.
Increase the number of trading customers within the division.
Increase customer spending frequency within the division.
Prospect new clients through warm / cold calling / fully profile each client.
Opportunity to sell the full client product range & try to up sell on all jobs.
Ensure the customer database is maintained.
Process customer quotes.
Work closely with the External account manager to develop the area.
Answer any customer queries.
