My client is a leading Sub Contract Engineering company, specialising in Stainless steel welding and fabrication.

They are currently looking for someone to work as an Administration Assistant.

This is an interesting and varied role, you will ideally have experience of Sage50.

Inputting orders onto the company system.

Progression of sales orders.

Ordering company products for production.

Stock taking and keeping computer system up to date.

Taking phone calls and other general associated office duties.

Experience of Engineering drawings would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.

This role would suit someone who has done the paperwork associated with an engineering company, Although other people are regularly in and out of the office, this is predominately a work alone position so will suit a person who can operate under their own supervision.

Although training will be given at the start.

This is a full time permanent role, working Mon - Fri 830am - 4.30pm
