The Graduate Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of new utility connections, diversions, disconnections and upgrades on customer sites. Responsible for reporting regular updates and progress to customers ensuring the power process is followed and delivered within agreed timeframes and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with utility companies to ensure timely and cost-effective connections
  • Liaising with clients and utilities suppliers to identify and resolve site specific issues
  • Negotiating access with landowners
  • Coordinate the meter installation processes
  • Tracking and project managing installations
  • Attending client meetings as and when required
  • Liaising with internal metering teams to carry out scheduling works
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Organised, efficient and process driven
  • Good IT skills - especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills

Location:

This position is based at the company head office at Cardiff Gate. The office is accessible by public transport from Cardiff City Centre and at various pick up points along Newport Road.

The hours of work are 08:30am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.

Salary and Benefits:

The starting salary is £17550 per annum.
