Corecom Consulting is an award winning IT recruitment consultancy going through an exciting period of expansion and we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can be instrumental in helping us facilitate that growth. The ideal candidate should be someone with a strong understanding of both traditional brand and digital marketing practices as well as an 'out of the box' thinker.

About the role........

To develop and implement marketing strategies and plans in line with marketing and business objectives.

Responsibility for developing, enriching and executing digital marketing activities and campaigns across digital channels and media including e-mail marketing

Managing all marketing activity, ensuring key activity is effectively prioritised.

Ability to drive new leads via online channels and demonstration or evidence of ROI.

Plan and manage marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programmes to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Plan and manage company events.

Produce and edit video content for the company website and other social media platforms

Lead on content creation and content marketing activity, managing external resources, to deliver and disseminate high-quality, relevant content.

Regular reporting and evaluation, using insights to continually review and optimise key marketing activity.

Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.

Management of corporate social media channels and paid social campaigns.

Support with the creation of compelling press releases, client case studies and award entries.

Identify opportunities and new ideas to boost brand awareness and growth through digital brand communication

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following experience.....

Experience in a marketing managerial role

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

Strong project management and organisational skills

A strong track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and plans

Understanding of digital media, digital measurements and metrics

Experience of planning and managing events

Social media strategy and management experience

Content marketing and copywriting experience

E-mail marketing experience

Video creation and editing experience

Professional Qualifications and Associations

Degree or equivalent Marketing qualification.

3-5 years marketing experience.

Professional qualification i.e. CIM or IDM (desirable)
