I am currently looking for a Book-Keeping & Payroll Administrator to join a well-established independent firm of Accountants based in the Centre of Bristol
Salary£22,000 + experience & qualification dependant
Health Cover & Pension.
Based in a pleasant Bristol City Centre Office, with all amenities, 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
CPD and Investment in team players well-being and personal advancement progression Working knowledge in Sage Line 50, Xero and/or Quick books, Money soft. with 2+ years in accounts office.
Ability to cope with working on a portfolio of up to 26 client house accounts - with month by month deadline targets.
Accounts preparation competence, leading up to Trial Balance (Essential) and some understanding of payroll process.
Applicants may be required to demonstrate competency on packages detailed below during interview process.

Responsibilities
o To reliably and accurately fulfil the above tasks
o Electronically and manually document all records in good methodical order
o Organise safe and secure backup information of all working data
o Be conversant with Company procedures, policies and general standards
o Concisely follow, relay and adopt good communication between staff, clients, suppliers.
Skills Required
o Aptitude for Figures
o IT literate, conversant with Microsoft Office
o Possess good communication and Customer Service Standards
o Respect and Maintain Confidentiality values
o Possess Full UK Driving licence and own transport
o Willingness to travel & stay away overnight
Qualifications / Experience Required
o Qualified in Sage Line 50, Xero, or Quick books. Payroll Software knowledge (Desirable)
o Working knowledge of HMRC filing processes and reporting (Desirable)
o English / Math Grade C or above and A level or equivalent in professional studies or experienced.
o Understanding of a CRM, I.T. and Microsoft Office Solutions packages, with at least good familiarity level.
Ability to work under pressure to meet client strict deadlines at competent, quality, level.
