Experienced Repairs Planners / Helpdesk Administrators needed to work for a specialist social housing contractor that is working alongside a local council. It is a part of reactive maintenance framework they are providing to local residents - repairs and maintenance.
You will be based in the office and your day to day duties will involve being on the phone quite a lot, therefore excellent communication skills - polite and professional telephone manner is essential. As a planner / scheduler we need someone who has worked in a social housing sector before and is able to stay calm under pressure as it is quite fast-paced environment. You will need to be experienced dealing with members of public on a daily basis - booking in and rescheduling appointments, issuing letters, managing the diaries for up to 40 operatives, and allocating repairs to the appropriate tradesmen.
You will be working alongside a friendly team of professionals, please note that this is an immediate start.
