We have a number of positions across our Bolton and Manchester offices.

We are ideally looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE however other levels of experience will be considered. Membership of the Resolution Panel or either of the Law Society Panels would be a distinct advantage. Experience within family law is essential along with a passion to carry out this type of work.

The work will be within our busy family team undertaking a mixed case load to include private and public law children, divorce and finances.

The main responsibilities of the role are;
  • Running a diverse caseload including all aspects of family law, both privately funded and legally aided to high standards of client care
  • Specialisms are encouraged, be they purely care work or private dealing with divorce and finances
  • Attendance at PLO meetings, county court with advocacy encouraged, briefing counsel and maintaining excellent links with chambers

Business networking meetings are encouraged but by no means compulsory and contribution to the wider running of the practice is encouraged although agreed based on individual skills and experience.
