Merchandising Admin Assistant - Gifts

Do you love numbers and controlling stock?

This role will suit and experienced Allocator or MAA!

Role
  • Replenishing of the Gifts retail stock weekly, Running Worksheets for each store.
  • Reviewing replenishment suggested v sales and stock to ensure ideal and display stocks are met, but not over stocked.
  • Raise POs for Authorising and send POs to Vendors when authorised, via Email with standard email text.
  • Help with setting up weekly reports for analysis
  • Run and update weekly reports for analysis
  • Help with Range Review reports Bi-annual

Experience
  • Retail B&M experience at least 2 years at Allocator level in Head Office.
  • Experience of Retail and EPOS systems.
  • Experience of working with large volume SKUS, and many Vendors.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excel Pivot tables, VLOOKUP up, SumIfs as a minimum.
