Our Client an established business is recruiting for a Marketing Administrator. The main purpose of this role will be to provide marketing and administrative support to the Marketing team and Director. You must be able to multi-task as you will be assisting with a variety of products and service that this company promote.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assisting colleagues and Marketing Director
  • Providing marketing administrative support
  • Organising attendance at external Exhibitions and record-keeping of budget
  • Co-ordinating logistics for Company-run Educational Events and record-keeping of budget
  • Raising purchase orders, invoice processing and coding
  • Liaising with external groups regarding design, quotations, deadlines, reprints etc.
  • Monitoring and informing Marketing Department of marketing literature stock
  • Meeting organisation, taking actions / minutes
  • Data analysis using Excel and direct mail support
  • Support with the management of both internal and external product launches
  • Set up projects to allocate literature codes via an electronic approval system

Skills / Experience
  • The successful applicant will have experience of organising / co-ordinating events.
  • Experience of using MS Office / Excel
  • Good administration skills to good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Professional manner at all times and be able to build professional relationships with customers.
  • Excellent organisational skills as you will be co-ordinating various events / exhibitions.
