Are you a talented "Know Your Customer" (KYC) professional looking for a new challenge? We have an Online KYC position available within a large financial institution based in Leicester.

As an Online KYC Case Handler, your role will be to assist in the completion of KYC updates for the group of customers with no allocated Relationship Manager.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Validating (where required) the information provided using internal and external sources of information.
  • Ensuring systems are updated appropriately with the correct information and that the business have everything required.
  • Taking inbound calls from customers and supporting them by answering questions and queries.
  • Making use of an online live chat system to assist with customer queries.


Candidate Requirements:
  • Ideal: Previous experience within Commercial banking, KYC or Remediation environment is ideal
  • Experience of working within an FSA environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of objection handing
  • A drive to work towards call handling targets

Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and adapt to banking computer systems
