Greatwell Homes is a provider of affordable housing and support services in the East Midlands. We own and manage around 4,600 homes with a £22 million turnover and our mission is to work successfully with our customers and communities to provide great services and high-quality living environments.

We are currently seeking an Income Services Manager to join our team. You'll be a key member of our housing and support services management team, tasked with leading and motivating the income management team to deliver a customer focused service and maximising income for the organisation. You'll monitor, evaluate and review our services in order to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the service and develop and implement measures to prepare and mitigate against the impact of changes to Welfare Benefits. You'll also oversee the management and delivery of the day to day income management to our customers.

The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously and will ideally be a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (or other appropriate professional body). You'll have experience of leading and managing projects and coordinating staff across different teams and you'll have knowledge of income collection, former tenant arrears recovery, welfare reform, rent setting and of the legal, regulatory and operational issues related to income collection. You'll be an effective leader who can live our values and who can deliver high quality customer service with a commitment to continuous improvement.

If you can demonstrate the above skills along with being flexible (working occasional weekends, evenings) and holding a UK driving licence with access to a vehicle we'd love to hear from you.
