Position Title: Sales Account Manager (Major Accounts)

Location: Remote/Home-based (Northern UK Territory)

Purpose of Job:

* To develop, maintain and grow existing business levels in major Roc/Esteem accounts.

* To sell relevant IT solutions and associated third party products to customers identified as major accounts, ensuring that customers' needs are satisfied and gross profit margins are adhered to.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Sell relevant IT solutions, services and associated products

* Exceed (or as a minimum meet) agreed quartely sales targets

* Keep up to date with new supplier products and releases

* Develop and manage excellent working partnerships with vendors

* Liaise closely with the consultancy team, to provide pre and post-sales support and assistance to customers as required

* Contribute to a team environment, sharing ideas for new business opportunities and marketing efforts

* Provide accurate forecasting reports within agreed time scales

* Provide account planning /whitespace plans for all accounts.

* Complete necessary internal administrationand prepare appropriate letters/proposals/sales/tenders for customers

* Ensure all corporate reporting is met and maintained
