Job Title: Systems Data & Process Manager

Location: Derby

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits

The Client

Our client are provider of scalable end-to end IT solutions, their portfolio includes Colocation, Cloud, Connectivity, Collaboration and Continuity solutions. They are looking to add an experienced Systems Data & Process Manager to their team.

The Role

This role will primarily focus on how records are managed and maintained in our clients CRM and ERP systems (currently Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Hubspot, but soon to migrate to SAP Business ByDesign and Hubspot). Focusing on system management and reporting and the quality of the data that underpin their operation, the role will encompass the ongoing monitoring, management and user training required to ensure that all system records maintain exceptional levels of data quality and functionality with a view to producing reliable and consistent reporting and operational performance to all departments within the business.

Person Specification

In order to carry out the role effectively it is important to demonstrate and/or evidence the following:

* Experience of managing/administering ERP and CRM systems. Ideally this would include SAP Business ByDesign/Hubspot/Microsoft Dynamics or similar

* Knowledge of, and capability of using reporting and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, Crystal Reports

* Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT business

* Self-motivated, strong analytical and organising skills with excellent attention to detail

* Have an analytical approach to problem solving

* The ability to maintain and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and other senior managers

* Excellent communication skills (face to face, verbal and written), with the ability to alter the message to different audiences

* Ability to work pro-actively and to tight deadlines

* Understand the importance of, and how to deliver, great customer service

* An appreciation of the technologies used in Node4 customer solutions
