Fundraising and Communications Coordinator

Starting Salary £21,076 pro rata per annum

Part time, 28 hours per week

Fixed term to cover a period of maternity leave for approximately 12 months

Based in Ipswich, Central Office

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Fundraising and Communications team on a maternity cover basis. The post holder will support the creation of exciting fundraising applications and proposals; help ensure we run successful events, support our challenge event fundraisers and make sure our fundraising systems and pipeline research are enhancing our effort to secure more income.

In addition the post holder will use their excellent communications skills to ensure that Ormiston Families' profile and impact is the very best it can be. This is much an internal as an external role - the post holder will need to know and understand Ormiston Families, its staff, the work they do and the people the organisation supports.

Successful applicants must have relevant demonstrable experience and/or a degree in a relevant subject. Excellent ICT knowledge and experience is essential along with good attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
