Customer Service Associates in our Chief Operating Office at Aldermore are part of the team enabling everyone across the business to deliver the award-winning service our customers have come to expect. The engine room of the bank and the department that drives success and growth, you will be part of our Asset Finance Customer Operations team. The Role

In this customer service role supporting Asset Finance, you'll ensure we meet and exceed customers' expectations when they call. Responding promptly to customer enquiries, you'll carry out a diverse range of tasks including changing information, raising statements and invoices, answering HPI queries and issuing settlement quotations. Overall, you'll set out to provide a 'right first time' service while also helping to meet our obligations in terms of service level agreements, governance, compliance and regulations.

The Person

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer facing role from either financial services or a regulated environment.

The right candidate will have experience of following processes and procedures and have a high attention to detail. They will also be a confident communicator as this role interacts with external clients and internal teams.
