Job Title: Contracts Team Manager

Location: Reading/Thatcham

Salary: SSE06 £31,972-£42,224 depending on skills and experience

Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available | 37 hours

The Role

You'll have responsibility for setting and delivering targets, including those for contract processing, account set up and performance reporting, whilst overseeing the strategic delivery of the retention renewals plan. Developing the strategy and vision for the team and existing customer portfolio, you'll ensure measures are in place for governance and compliance of our policies and procedures relating to statutory and legislative requirements.

To be successful, you should have a good grasp of the challenges facing the MOP industry, within the business sector and how these impact business growth and customer retention. You should have sound experience of contract processing and customer service. With the ability to confidently produce data reporting and analysis of your team, your attention to detail on reporting will be paramount to the teams success.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll be a strong leader displaying motivational, organisational and problem solving skills, as well as a forceful attitude and drive for success. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous. You should be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to mentor and coach staff, but also to motivate your team to strive for continual improvements in quality and performance.

In addition, you should you be an excellent communicator, inspiring and visionary in your style. You will have good influencing and negotiation skills and a positive 'can do attitude. Furthermore, you should be highly self-motivated with exceptional organisational skills. You should be able to present and engage stakeholders at a senior level and be able to build positive network relationships quickly.
