We are seeking a remarkable Sales Manager to lead our sales teams to sell quality apprenticeships and training courses into the Early Years sector.

About the role...

As the Sales Manager at Parenta, you will be responsible for motivating your team to meet and exceed individual and team KPI's and targets, coupled with ensuring the operational aspects of the team are being delivered to a high standard at all times.

You will be expected to use your knowledge and skills to review and develop processes, implement new systems and recommend improvements and strategies for improved work flow and productivity. Coaching, inspiring, training and directing the team to approach prospects and convert leads to achieve sales targets will be a central feature of the role.

You will work closely with the Sales Matrix Manager to facilitate a remarkable journey for

Employers and Managers from initial contact to the learners' start date.

You will have ...

* Strong, demonstrable sales track record.

* Proven track record in managing, developing and directing a skilled, motivated, results orientated and remarkable sales team.

* Flexible selling and negotiating skills to win business and develop your team to do the same.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience within a comparable environment.

* A confident and articulate communicator.

* Self-motivated individual with the ability to energise others.

* Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritise under pressure.

* Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.

* Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities and excels in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to manage expectations of multiple senior stakeholders and external parties.

* Established credibility and experience interfacing with senior leadership.

* Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans.
