You will be joining one of the leading global FM organisations who support blue chip clients on some of the most technical demanding facilities in the world. This is a new position within the expanding fire & security division.

The position

As Fire & Security Help-desk Manager / Technical Services Manager you will be responsible for effectively managing a Technical Service Desk and administrative functions, ensuring a consistent and professional approach to clients and colleagues as well as ensuring all financial and corporate targets are met. You will initiate and develop an attitude of customer excellence and create an industry leading Service Desk.

Demonstrate a proven track record in the fire & security sector.
Produce operational reports internally and externally
To ensure all planned works are completed, and to report on exceptions
Attend client meetings as required
