Would you like a career in the Finance sector? Do you have a keen eye for detail? Berry Recruitment have several opportunities to join our oxford based client within their Accounts Payable department as a Temporary Invoicing Administrator.

Role: Temporary Invoice Administrator

Positions Available: 3

Location: Cowley

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Updating internal systems with financial data
Checking client reports in order to process invoices
Providing timely and accurate processing of invoices
Assisting with any pre-invoicing administration requirements
Dealing with internal and external client queries Candidate Specification:

Previous experience within a Finance, Administrative or Data Entry position.
Manage and extract information from databases
Work accurately and maintain effective records
Work effectively to deadlines
Plan, organise and prioritise your work
Manage own work and work independently
