Are you an experienced finance coordinator / finance manager looking for an exciting new role offering responsibility & autonomy within a modern technology company?

We're looking for someone who can take responsibility for all financial matters up to the preparation of management accounts with flexible working hours.

Typical duties will include sole responsibility for purchase & sale ledgers - processing supplier & customer invoices, assisting with Credit Control. Producing monthly financial reports, assisting in management accounts preparation - providing information to the accountant for prepayments & accruals. You will also take the lead on reconciling company credit card expenditure & staff expenses.

You will also be in charge of running monthly payroll, updating personal details as well as paying commission, expenses and other payments to staff, ensuring pension scheme deductions are made and contributions sent to Pension Company as well as general pension administration including processing starters & leavers.
