Demonstrating a genuine interest to train as a SEN Teacher or SENCo, this Colchester based school are looking to appoint a Psychology or Special Educational Needs graduate who has achieved a 2:2 or higher in the degree.

You must be able to present patient, calm and empathic nature when supporting the students, as well as having a greater understanding of the specific needs of each individual child. Your previous experience will enable you to bring transferable skills when adapting your techniques.

After graduating with a 2:2 (or higher) and completing previous experience with SEN; ASD, Dyslexia, Global Delay, ADHD etc. you will thrive in your new role - gaining valuable experience and support as a stepping stone to develop your skills as an aspiring SEN Teacher/SENCo.
