Finance Administrator required for well-established and friendly organisation based in South Cerney.

Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: South Cerney
Salary: £21,648p/a plus excellent benefits
Hours of Work: Full time (Monday - Friday)

Fabulous opportunity to join a small and friendly Finance Team in a varied role offering excellent training and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate input of financial data as well as a range of finance functions including assisting with reports creation, postings, dealing with banks and other financial institutions and administering transactions.

Skills and experience required:
  • Driven and enthusiastic approach with a desire to learn and develop a career within in a finance environment
  • Educated to A-Level standard
  • Good general administration experience
  • Strong communication skills with experience of dealing with customers via the telephone
  • Accustomed to working to deadlines
  • Confident IT skills with strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Accustomed to working within a small team helpful
  • Organised and methodical approach with good attention to detail
  • Previous experience of working within a finance environment desirable but not essential

Key responsibilities:
  • Data input of varied financial information onto database
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
  • Dealing with banks and other financial institutions
  • General administration support
  • Liaising with other departments and third parties as necessary
  • Dealing with queries
