ERSG are looking for a full-time Legal Advisor to join our Legal department. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being fast-learning and motivated. You must have excellent organisational skills, proven experience of working under pressure and the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.

The Legal Advisor position is a great prospect for someone who wants to develop their legal and compliance skills.The ideal candidate will be joining the Legal Manager and therefore will have all the support they need. The role will involve reviewing and preparing client and various other legal documents and answering contractual queries.

Day-to-day duties include:

·Draft, review, negotiate commercial contracts with a particular focus on client contract

·Advise on any risks as well as commercial benefits

·Drafting various legal documents such as NDAs and termination letters

·Assist the Contracts Team in responding to contractor queries via email and telephone

·Assisting in international dispute resolution

·Fill in clients' supplier and compliance questionnaires

·Assist with compliance queries and develop sound knowledge of international compliance

Skills required:

·Law degree a must

·1 to 3 years commercial/contracts law experience

·Recruitment sector experience or experience in a sales business highly desirable

·Process driven

·Great attention to detail

·Excellent communication skills

·Ability to work efficiently under pressure or to tight deadlines

·Additional language a bonus, mainly German or Dutch
