We're partnered with the largest developer of pharmacy software solutions in the UK with around 140 people and a 40% market share. Part of a leading UK healthcare solutions group and a wider global business with over 4000 people worldwide.Looking to grow their existing product team with an experienced Product Manager ideally from a tech or healthcare software background.
Your next role?As a Product Manager you'll be a senior member of a team charged with managing an existing product portfolio and developing new profitable ideas for the business. You'll create and deliver the product innovation strategy and plans, inspiring the team with compelling customer led concepts achieved through robust product discovery and customer research to uncover the problems and opportunities faced in the market. Working closely with a range of stakeholders you'll spend around 30% of your time with clients and on client sites.You'll work closely with the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits and target customer.You be the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working closely with the commercial team and key customers.
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Play a pivotal role in converting business needs from regulatory clients & healthcare customers into prioritised roadmaps for a multi-disciplined delivery team
  • Work with a requirements and software development team to define product release requirements
  • Develop & implement a company-wide go-to-market and implementation plan

Their ideal background:
  • 5 + years' experience as a Product Manager within tech/software solutions and ideally pharmacy or healthcare sector
  • A strategic thinker who spots commercial opportunities for the business that delivers value to customers
  • Good experience of modern working processes e.g. Agile / Lean / Kanban / Scrum
  • A forward thinking relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and an excellent entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
  • An understanding of user experience and good technology knowledge
Package:Depending on your background and experience the salary is in the £50,000 to £60,000 range with a car (or car allowance), bonus, pension, life assurance, healthy package and a range of other benefits.
