£50,000 - £75,000 + Strong bonus and benefits package

Joining this global top 10 broking and risk management firm presents a serious career opportunity for an Account Executive with the drive to succeed at the highest level, working to manage and expand upon an established portfolio which includes several the region's largest and most prestigious clients.

The role
  • You'll join the Midland's corporate practice, taking the lead on several corporate client accounts with responsibility for delivering winning (usually bespoke) insurance and risk management solutions.
  • Armed with strong product resources and market access, you'll have the support of experienced placement, broking, administrative and project management colleagues at all times.
  • The role is a hybrid of servicing and growth, where you'll nurture long term, high value prospects to expand your portfolio.
  • The role may lead to a management role, for the right individual.

  • You'll be an experienced Account Executive able to demonstrate a track record of managing and developing clients at the corporate end of insurance, or the ability and skills to make a step up.
  • Key to this hire is a driven, result driven personality and the relationship management skills to navigate complex sales processes.
  • ACII qualification, or work towards is attractive, but not essential.
